Summer is often an active and bustling time, and sometimes we can get ahead of ourselves with over-scheduling, stimulation, and outward movement. This is a Ceremony of Apricity: a practice of basking in warmth and allowing nourishment to settle into our bones for the months ahead.

Relate to organic botanical tea blends, be guided in solar meditations, listen to your Inner Sun's wisdom, and bask within and without gently. Weather permitting, we will practice the sweet and ancient art of sun-soaking and feel into receptivity, nervous system restoration, inner/outer alignment, and connection to the rhythms of nature.

About Your Venue: Helen + Hildegard

An apothecary, intimate community space and gift shop that honours ancestry and the arts & sciences of herbal medicine. Owned by Sonya D'Cunha, traditional herbalist and sustainable beauty products creator.

Helen + Hildegard (H+H), is located at 780 St Clair Ave W, Toronto (Ste. Claire + Arlington)

Workshop space is wheelchair accessible on the main floor. Washroom is not wheelchair accessible, and is located in the basement.

Please arrive within 15 minutes ahead of the ticket time to allow for a moment to settle in.

Note: This is a space for presence, listening, and real human connection. To minimize distractions, phones must be set to silent and kept away during workshop.
