About this Event
Learn to craft refreshing, seasonal cocktails perfect for the longest day of the year! This session will take place outdoors in our beautiful courtyard outside of Walnut Grove cafe (unless weather conditions are not suitable, in which case class will run indoors).
As the sun lingers late into the evening, you’ll learn to craft refreshing, seasonal cocktails using fresh ingredients, summer flavours, and expert techniques. Guided by our mixologist, you’ll shake, stir, and sip your way through the session.
What to expect:
• A relaxed outdoor setting perfect for soaking up the solstice atmosphere
• Step-by-step guidance to create 2–3 signature summer cocktails
