### **The history of HERE at Outernet**
Opened in 2022, HERE is a purpose-built, underground live venue beneath the Outernet London complex – an ambitious media, music, and cultural development. Built on the former site of the legendary Astoria (a beloved music venue demolished in 2009 for the Crossrail project), HERE represents a new chapter in central London’s live performance history.
Developed to support everything from live music to creative installations, the venue was designed with artists and audiences in mind – combining world-class production capabilities with intimate, club-like energy. It is operated by the team behind some of the UK’s most iconic music spaces, including Village Underground and EartH in East London.
