The sun stands at its highest point.
The days stretch long.
The gardens begin to bloom.
And once again, the Wheel turns toward Litha — the Summer Solstice.
For witches, pagans, and many who walk close to the old ways, this is a time of warmth, vitality, abundance, and gratitude. A moment to pause and take stock of what has been growing in our lives since the darker days of winter.
What has taken root?
What has flourished?
And what still asks for our care as we move toward the harvest season?
Join the Alberta Witches Association as we gather in community to honour the turning of the Wheel and celebrate the height of the sun.
As always, our sabbat gatherings are grounded in what AWA has always held close: community, connection, learning, laughter, and shared space with those who understand the language of the seasons.
Together, we will gather in circle, speak to the energy of Litha, share in seasonal ritual, and celebrate the turning of the Wheel in good company.
Whether you have walked this path for years, are new to paganism, or simply feel called to learn more, there is a place for you here.
