✨?? Summer Solstice & Full Moon Magic ??✨
There are moments when the universe feels especially alive — and this year, the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice dances alongside the powerful illumination of the Full Moon. A rare synchronicity of sun and moon… masculine and feminine… action and intuition… light and reflection.
The Solstice marks the longest day of the year — a celebration of vitality, abundance, growth, and the fire within us. The Full Moon invites us inward, illuminating what is ready to be released, honored, and transformed. Together, they create a portal of deep energetic alignment and awakening.
Join us for an evening of sacred movement and connection as we flow through both Sun Salutations and Moon Salutations — honoring the balance between strength and surrender, solar energy and lunar wisdom. ??
This practice is an invitation to:
✨ Awaken your inner light
✨ Ground into gratitude and intention
✨ Release what no longer serves
✨ Move in harmony with nature’s rhythms
✨ Connect to the collective energy of transformation and renewal
Under the glow of the Full Moon and the expansive energy of the Solstice, we gather to breathe, move, and realign with the cycles of the cosmos and ourselves.
Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed, empowered, and deeply connected. ?
