Whether you’re just getting started or have an established practice, we’ve got you covered! You’ll be guided every step of the way with modifications and progressions designed to meet you where you are.

Info: This full-body mat sculpt class blends Pilates fundamentals with low-impact, high-intensity movements to strengthen, lengthen, and tone. Expect intentional sequencing that targets your core, glutes, arms, and inner thighs, with a focus on control, alignment, and time under tension. You’ll move through a dynamic, beat-driven flow designed to challenge and energize, with modifications and progressions offered throughout to support all levels.
