Ages 14–17
Tuesdays | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
A supportive and affirming creative space for teens focused on:
- self-expression
- identity exploration
- creativity and connection
Adult Creative Wellness Group
Tuesdays | 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
A gentle creative space for adults focused on:
- expressive art-making
- creative reflection
- mindfulness and grounding
- nervous system support
- community connection
Registration Options
• $55 per individual class
• $195 full 4-week series
Participants may register for one or multiple workshop dates.
**Early Registration is appreciated to allow time for preparing creative materials and supplies**
