Suede Ball Caps + Western Hat Workshop
Saddle up and join Hat Lady Biz at American Legion, Buffalo, MN for an unforgettable creative experience where your story comes to life.
This isn't just a hat workshop—it's a chance to slow down, laugh, create, and design something that reflects your journey, your passions, and the many hats you wear in life. Whether you're drawn to a classic western hat or a trendy suede ball cap, no artistic experience is needed. I'll guide you every step of the way!

🛑 A Few Things to Know
• Extra hats will be available for size exchanges if needed.
• Hat style selections made at checkout cannot be changed after purchase.
• Tickets are required. No walk-ins, please.
• Come hungry! Food and beverages are available from St. Mathias Bar & Grill and are welcome throughout the workshop.

⏰ Workshop Schedule
12:30 PM – Doors Open
Grab your seat, order food and drinks, and get checked in.
1:00–1:45 PM – Hat Lady Biz Lesson
Learn wood burning, aging techniques, design tips, and creative ideas while we walk through each step together.
1:45–3:00 PM – Create Your Story
Design your hat using our collection of wood-burning tools, stencils, feathers, florals, leather, charms, playing cards, ribbons, rope, fabrics, and so much more.
3:00–4:00 PM – Final Details & Photos
Finish your masterpiece, add those last special touches, and celebrate your one-of-a-kind creation with photos!

10/10/2026, Midnight
Tickets purchased after 10/10/26 will choose their hat at the event from the Hat Lady Biz trailer.
Don't worry—we travel with 80+ hats in a variety of styles, sizes, and colors so you'll still have plenty to choose from!

📏 How to Measure:
Wrap a measuring tape above your ears and around your head to determine your correct hat size in CM.

Suede Ball Caps: One size fit all
Western Hat Style Breakdown:
· Fedora – Teardrop crown + flat brim (K / SM / M / L / XL)
· Cowboy – Upturned brim sides (K / SM / M / L / XL)
· Cordobes – Flat round crown + flat brim (M / L)
· Skull Hat – Seasonal release August–October (M / L)
