Mark Castiglione is a Partner in Oil & Gas Strategy at Veriten, an energy-focused firm specializing in thought leadership, strategic advisory, and venture investing.
With more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, Mark has held leadership and strategic advisory roles across major public companies, private enterprises, and private equity-backed businesses, including EOG Resources and Burlington Resources.
Throughout his career, Mark has helped organizations navigate complex challenges involving corporate strategy, executive leadership, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and business transformation. He has also served as an independent board director for Canvas Energy.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
