Studio 16 Coach Challenge | Win $250 + Free Rentals

This immersive competition takes place inside Studio16 Brooklyn, giving coaches the opportunity to showcase their athleticism, conditioning, and strength inside a premium private training facility.

Athletes will compete across multiple performance-based challenges, with cumulative scoring determining final placements. Cash prizes and free studio rentals are awarded to top performers.

Whether you're looking to test your limits, compete alongside other high-level coaches, or experience one of Brooklyn’s premier training environments, this event is built for you!

Athletes will rotate through five performance stations:

• Sled Push
• Sled Pull
• Broad Jump
• Farmer’s Carry
• Timed Bike Ride (Calories Burned)

Scoring is calculated relative to bodyweight performance and converted into placement points.

Athletes will compete in:

• Back Squat (AMRAP)
• Deadlift (AMRAP)
• Bench Press (AMRAP)
• Dead Hang

Strength movements are scored based on total reps completed at prescribed weights. Dead hang is scored by time. Points are combined with Leg 1 for final standings.
