Let's gather to nourish ourselves and the container of the Self just ahead of spring. This gathering invites us to name the standard of our energetic container, notice any parts that need care and affirm ourselves as we move to the abundance and awakening of Spring.

Movement will awaken the physical and energetic seams of the body, reset the spine through twists and reset and open through backbends. As always, movement will wind down with restorative holds before final rest.

What to Bring:

• A journal and pen for reflection exercises.
• Mats and props will be provided to support your practice and rest, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
