Come join us at F45 Training Dumbo for a special workshop focused on pre/postnatal fitness and pelvic floor health. Whether you're expecting, recently had a baby, or just want to learn more about how to strengthen your pelvic floor, this event is for you! Our experienced instructors, (Head Trainer, Elaine and founder of The Danaher Method, Catherine Danaher) will guide you through exercises and provide valuable information to help you feel strong and confident. You will learn breathing techniques to support pelvic health, learn posture and biomechanics for strength training during and after pregnancy and learn core exercises to support pre and postnatal health.
