Op 8 oktober organiseren we tijdens het dagprogramma voorafgaand aan ADNIGHT een speciale editie van de Future Bosses Lunch. Een lunch waar ervaren leiders uit de advertisingwereld aanschuiven met studenten en jonge starters die aan het begin van hun carrière staan.
Want hoe kom je erachter hoe het er écht aan toegaat in de branche? Door in gesprek te gaan met de mensen die er middenin zitten. Niet tijdens een presentatie of vanaf een podium, maar gewoon samen aan tafel.
Wat kun je verwachten?
Tijdens de lunch schuiven de Future Bosses in verschillende rondes aan bij de Bosses van bureaus en andere bedrijven uit de industrie. Na iedere gang wissel je van tafel. Zo krijg je de kans om verschillende leiders te ontmoeten, vragen te stellen en te horen hoe zij ooit zelf begonnen, welke keuzes hun carrière hebben gevormd en wat zij belangrijk vinden in de nieuwe generatie talent.
Andersom zijn we natuurlijk net zo benieuwd naar de Future Bosses. Hoe kijken zij naar het vak? Wat verwachten zij van hun toekomstige werkgevers? En wat zouden de leiders van vandaag volgens hen anders kunnen doen?
Geen pitches of visitekaartjes verzamelen, maar open gesprekken tussen twee generaties die allebei de toekomst van de advertisingbranche bepalen.

On October 8, we’re hosting a special edition of the Future Bosses Lunch as part of the daytime programme leading up to ADNIGHT. A lunch where experienced leaders from the advertising industry sit down with students and young starters who are just beginning their careers.
Because how do you find out what the industry is really like? By talking to the people who are right in the middle of it. Not during a presentation or from a stage, but simply by sitting down together at the table.
What can you expect?
During the lunch, Future Bosses will join different Bosses from agencies and other companies across the industry in several rounds. After each course, you’ll switch tables. This gives you the chance to meet different leaders, ask questions and hear how they got started, which choices shaped their careers and what they value in the next generation of talent.
And of course, we’re just as curious about the Future Bosses. How do they see the industry? What do they expect from their future employers? And what do they think today’s leaders could do differently?
No pitches or collecting business cards. Just open conversations between two generations who are both shaping the future of advertising.
