About this Event
Novandi's Student Success Transformation Workshop is a 3.5-hour facilitated working session designed to help institutions answer that question.
Rather than beginning with AI tools, the workshop brings together a cross-functional group of leaders, faculty, staff, and students to work through six stages:
Discover → Align → Design → Activate → Implement & Scale → Measure & Improve
Participants identify where their institution is today, establish priority student-success outcomes, examine friction in the student experience, determine where people, process, AI or other innovations could make a meaningful difference, prioritize 2–3 opportunities worth testing, and identify how success should be measured.
The workshop is approximately 25% information and 75% facilitated work. Participants leave with preliminary student-success priorities, an opportunity map, potential pilot concepts, implementation considerations, initial measures of success, and 90-day priorities.
