About this Event
Dear Friend and Community Partner,
For 18 years, iCan House has been providing a place for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults to build relationships and develop skills focusing on what they can do. In March 2026, iCan House merged with Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina. iCan House by Goodwill brings together the experience and innovation of iCan House's programs with the resources and workforce development expertise of Goodwill, creating new opportunities to impact the community.
Join us this December 1 to celebrate the power of collaboration and community through this new partnership. The event is Tuesday, December 1, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Kaleideum in downtown Winston-Salem. This event is more than a celebration. It is an invitation to envision what we can accomplish together.
Neurodiversity is a national part of human diversity, and it is part of every community, workplace, and generation. Recognizing and embracing that diversity creates opportunities to strengthen our workplaces, our economy, and our community. When people are understood, supported, and given opportunities to contribute in ways that align with their strengths, everyone benefits.
The iCan House by Goodwill program and partnership allow us to bring this vision to a broader community, expanding awareness, creating opportunity, and building greater belonging. At STRONGER TOGETHER: Celebrating Collaboration & Community, we will celebrate our shared journey, hear directly from neurodivergent employees, and look ahead to what becomes possible when we work together.
