About this Event
Contact Charity exists to help families feel valued supported, confident, and informed. We believe parent carers know their children best and want the best for their children. Contact supports families of children with all disabilities and additional needs from 0-25.
Mae Contact Charity yn bodoli i helpu teuluoedd i deimlo'n werthfawr, yn cael eu cefnogi, yn hyderus ac yn gwybodus. Rydym yn credu bod rhieni gofalwyr yn adnabod eu plant orau ac yn dymuno'r gorau i'w plant. Mae Contact yn cefnogi teuluoedd plant gyda phob anabledd a chynnydd ychwanegol o 0-25 oed.
COFFEE & CHAT FOR PARENT CARERS.
We would like to introduce you to our new project - Stronger Futures, we wil be providing parent carers with a welcoming, non-judgemental space to build friendships, share experiences, celebrate their child's achievements and increase their confidence and knowledge.
Each of our sessions will provide support and information eg. Disability living allowance, PIP or navigating education systems and give parents the opportunity to ask questions directly to our Parent adviser.
Join us for a cuppa and chat, no agenda, relaxed, safe and confidential space. Meet others who understand & gather information and support from Contact Cymru and their specialist advisers.
