Strong Moms Run Club is teaming up with MESH moms for a Halloween morning at Brook Run Park! 🎃We’ll meet at the playground for some time to play and connect, then head over to the Brook Run Farmers Market together. Walk, jog, bring the stroller, or simply come hang out. All fitness levels are welcome!
MESH moms is a community focused on supporting moms through the postpartum journey and beyond with local events, resources, support groups, and opportunities to connect with other moms.
And because it’s Halloween, little ones are welcome to come dressed in costume! 👻 Costumes are completely optional, but we’d love to add a little Halloween fun to our morning.
