Strong Moms Run Club is a free, welcoming run/walk group for moms in the Sandy Springs / Atlanta area.Join us Saturday, November 14 for our November run! 🍂
All paces are welcome — run, jog, or walk. Strollers, babies, and kids are welcome too, and the path is stroller-friendly!
After the run, we’ll stick around for playground time and, if you’re up for it, coffee and crepes at the farmers market. ☕
It’s a relaxed, low-pressure way to move your body, connect with other moms, and start your weekend feeling strong and supported.
