Strong on and off the mat! Midsection Connection Pilates Studio invites Philadelphians to celebrate friendship, strength, and self-love with Strong Girl Galentine’s Day, a one-night wellness and music experience on Wednesday, February 11, from 7:15 - 9:15 PM.
The evening begins with a candlelight mat Pilates class, designed to be grounding, accessible, and empowering for all bodies. Following the class, guests will enjoy a relaxed social hour featuring mocktails, with THC-infused seltzers and teas available for purchase, as well as a henna artist, curated swag, and community connection.
As guests mingle, a live musical guest will provide light background music before transitioning into a full 40-minute performance, turning the evening into an intimate, concert-style celebration of Galentine’s Day.
Strong Girl Galentine’s Day is co-presented with Spice on the Beat and Mango Marketing, bringing together wellness, art, and local creative talent in one joyful night.
Tickets are $30 and space is limited.
