About this Event
Build the strength that supports a powerful, sustainable yoga practice — on and off the mat. This dynamic class is designed to help you develop the muscular strength and stability needed to prevent injury, move with greater confidence, and safely progress toward more advanced asana variations.
Using weights, resistance bands, and yoga props, we’ll intentionally target key muscle groups that support balance, stability, mobility, and joint integrity. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength training and yoga based movement that enhances body awareness while building functional strength you’ll feel in your everyday life.
Students are encouraged to bring wrist or ankle weights, heavier dumbbells, or resistance bands if they’d like to increase intensity. Options and modifications will be offered, making this class accessible yet challenging for a range of levels.
