Practical pelvic health tools, movement, and education for women at every stage.About this Event
Join Anna Madejska of Uplift Pilates & Therapy for Strong Foundations, a one-time, hands-on pelvic floor workshop designed for women at every stage.
Whether you're postpartum, active, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply want to better understand your pelvic health, this workshop will give you practical tools you can take into your everyday life.
This isn't about doing endless Kegels or being told to "just strengthen." We'll explore how breathing, pressure management, mobility, relaxation, and strength all work together to support your pelvic floor.
During the workshop, you'll:
- Learn 360° diaphragmatic breathing and how it can help with pressure management
- Explore gentle exercises for pelvic floor connection, release, and strength
- Understand the difference between a hypotonic and hypertonic pelvic floor
- Learn practical strategies that can support movement, workouts, and everyday activities
- Explore how pelvic health can relate to things like leaks, heaviness, mobility, and intimacy
- Finish with a 30-minute movement session to put what you've learned into practice
