Maybe you’ve been trying to figure everything out, showing up for everyone, or praying about something while still trying to control how it unfolds. Girl, take a breath. You deserve space to pause, too.
Join Girl Breathe for Stretch Your Trust in God, a God-centered experience for women to slow down, feel supported, and practice surrender.
Trust is something we return to, sometimes again and again within the same day. Together, we’ll make room to notice what we’re carrying and practice placing it in God’s hands.
Throughout the evening, you’ll experience:
• Gentle stretching and intentional breathing
• Prayer, Scripture, and worship
• Guided meditation and quiet reflection
• Reflective journaling
• Rest and meaningful connection with other women
Come as you are, whether you’re feeling grounded in your faith or learning to trust God through an uncertain season. You don’t have to have the right words or everything figured out.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. Bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen. You’re welcome to bring water, too.
Come alone or invite a friend. There is room for you here.
