On Saturday, August 1, Bison Ranch opens its gates for the very first time, and you are invited to be part of it.
Stretch at Bison Ranch is a half-day wellness experience set on 215 acres of open Texas ranch, built for women who want to move their bodies, feed their minds, and share the day with the people they love. Bring your best friend. Bring your sister, your mom, your daughter. This is the kind of morning you will still be talking about long after you leave.
Never taken a fitness class in your life? Perfect, you belong here. Already a fitness lover? You will feel right at home too. Our dynamite instructors will guide you through every step, from a gentle Yoga-to-Pilates flow to the quiet moments in between. You set your own pace. We hold the space.
Here is what your day holds:
Fitness. A guided Yoga-to-Pilates flow led by our instructor team, designed for every level from first timer to pro. Move it.
Encouragement. Our Words of Wisdom panel brings together women speaking life across six areas that matter, so you leave inspired, not just stretched. Renew it.
Animal Encounters. This is a ranch, after all. Meet a featured ranch animal and experience the moment everyone will be talking about. Experience it.
Fellowship. A curated wellness market of women-owned vendors, light refreshments, and time to simply be together. Share it.
A little something to take home. Every guest leaves with a personalized swag kit and mantra bookmark, because the good energy should not stop at the gate.

Women and girls ages 16 to 65 are welcome.
