Join Jess of Studio Vida and Clara of Clarachel Artist for an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection.Created as a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, this intimate mini retreat invites you to slow down, try something new, and enjoy a few hours dedicated entirely to yourself.
During the afternoon, you'll take part in a 90-minute Reformer Pilates session with Jess and a guided painting workshop with Clara. You'll also have time to relax over tea and cake, chat, create, and enjoy being present in a welcoming and supportive space.
No previous Pilates or painting experience is needed.
