Stretch and the City presented by is a weekly yoga class hosted at the Summer Street Steps every Friday at noon.

In this class, dive into the art of fluid, breath-led movements, gracefully weaving yoga postures together to the rhythm of a perfectly curated soundtrack, ready to carry you through the journey. Get ready for a heart-pounding moment of cardio that’ll have you vibing, right before you fully surrender. This class is an all-inclusive haven, embracing all levels of practice with a mission to nurture your journey towards improved flexibility, newfound strength, and a profound sense of mindfulness. We’ll breathe, flow, and grow together with grace, authenticity, and the undeniable power that resides within us.

Lifeway Kefir will be popping up every Friday at Stretch and the City sampling their probiotic and protein packed Lifeway Kefir.

About the Instructor

Therlande Louissaint (she/her) (@everydayisthersday) is a yoga instructor, wellness curator, and music lover who blends movement and sound to create an intentional, restorative experience. Stretch and the City is your Friday midday reset—a guided practice designed to help you release the week and open up for an stress-free, restored weekend. Moving with ease, good music, and words that land just when you need them, this all-levels practice invites you to move without judgment, breathe deeper, and find space in both body and mind.
