About this Event
Join us for a chair yoga and social session at The Heatons Centre in Heaton Moor.
Led by Sue Pamp, this friendly beginner-level session is designed for people who would like to enjoy the benefits of yoga in a comfortable and accessible way.
The session is seated, with gentle movements that can be adapted to suit different levels of flexibility. You don't need to be able to touch your toes — and there will definitely be no pretzel poses!
There's also time to relax, chat and enjoy some company after the yoga.
What to bring: Please bring some water and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move without discomfort.
Parking and access: Free parking is available at the rear of the building, accessed via Heaton Close. Disabled parking is available immediately outside the entrance. If the car park is full, street parking is usually available on Balmoral Road.
Cost: Your first session is completely free, just come along and try it, no booking commitment beyond that. If you'd like to keep coming, weekly sessions are £5, payable in cash on the day at the venue.
Places are limited, so please book your free taster place in advance.
Organised by CareYourWay Stockport in collaboration with Sue Pamp Yoga.
