Stretch and a Story with Sarabeth

Come join us for a family friendly yoga session + live story reading at Shops at Don Mills with local Author/Yoga Instructor Sarabeth! Bring the kids out the house to stretch and hear a live storybook reading of 'Benny the Bananasaurus Rex.'

Make sure to hang around afterwards as we will have light refreshments.

Please note yoga mats will not be provided - you will need to bring your own yoga mat for your child.*

Meet Sarabeth

Sarabeth started her yoga teaching journey in Ottawa, she's taught studio and public classes, filmed kids yoga for a national show, then became a SUP yoga instructor when she moved to Toronto. Sarabeth owns Red Tape Brewery with her husband Sean, and writes award-winning children's books inspired by their kids Raymond and Jackson.
