10/25/26- 6pm Join us for our Monthly Melt Crystal Bowl Sound Bath — the ultimate stress melter. Hosted by our dynamic duo of Dusti and Trace, this immersive experience begins with guided meditation followed by the soothing, attuned vibrations of crystal bowls. Enjoy an hour of deep relaxation, chakra cleansing, mental slowing, and tension release from the fallout of the fall chaos.
During the session you’ll:
• Reconnect to your breath
• Experience gentle healing sound frequencies
Our bodies are mostly water, and water responds to vibration—allowing you to tune into your body’s unique frequency through sound.
