Join Bari Baby for a morning of movement, fresh air, and connection with other local moms and caregivers. Strength & Strollers is a welcoming, stroller-friendly workout where you can prioritize your well-being while bringing your little one along.
Whether you’re newly postpartum, returning to fitness, or simply looking to get out of the house and meet other moms, caregivers and friends, there’s a place for you here!
