### 🎮 2 Hours of Learning + 1 Hour of Gaming
This isn't three hours of sitting through a lecture.
Each Thursday combines **2 hours of hands-on creator and technology training** with **1 hour of gaming and creator practice**.
Students will have opportunities to apply what they're learning through gaming, content capture, commentary, collaboration, streaming practice, and hands-on creator activities.

Throughout the academy, participants will develop their own **Creator Launch Plan**, bringing together their:
* Creator identity and brand
* Content niche and target audience
* Content strategy
* Social and community presence
* Streaming setup
* Community engagement strategy
* Online safety and moderation plan
* Personal launch roadmap
The academy concludes with **Creator Launch Day**, where students bring together what they've learned and showcase what they've created.
