Art is Resistence: a Collective Art Exhibit

During the Holocaust, many artists used their talents and their artwork to protest Nazi oppression. They documented the suffering around them, incorporated forbidden symbols, and asserted their own humanity when the world around them was determined to strip it away.

Art has never been silent. In the face of injustice, in the face of dehumanization, art is a bold statement. Art resists.
