ABOUT OUR GUEST: Stephen White (He/Him)
Want to have a good time while learning some valuable skills? Meet Stephen White! He’s been teaching partner dance for 20+ years, and has had a wide range of success in educating humans on various movement while keeping them entertained.
You can find Stephen teaching WCS Teams at Salsa Con Todo on Tuesdays and Thursdays, group lessons at Baila District on Wednesdays, and over the East Side (place TBD) on Fridays.

2:00 pm Open Floor Practice- practice solo or bring a partner. Need a space to teach a private lesson? - feel free to use the space, no floor fee. Try our Facebook Practice Club group to look for partners! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1493145055389509
3:30 pm Register, warm up, and volunteer to set up
4:00 pm Intermediate WCS Workshop with Stephen: “Closing time! Speed and power”
How to lead and follow proper opening and closing of the body to generate natural speed and power with control.
Prerequisite: No WSDC points required to attend. Make sure you are comfortable with all basic patterns and a few variations (Push, Pass, Tuck, Whip).
5:00 pm All Levels WCS Workshop with Stephen: “Driven by Rhythm”
Using our various rhythms to drive the dance and musicality.
Prerequisite: Know basic patterns (Push, Pass, Tuck, Whip).
5:30 pm FREE 1 Hour Beginner Lesson with Wren Newman (upstairs)
6:00 pm Social dance starts, with DJ Rassamy
9:00 pm Social dance ends & volunteer to clean up
