Hard & Dirty: Floorwork 202 with INGA

Each 60min class will include a warm-up, conditioning and stretching, and a routine that we will build on throughout the 4-class series, choreographed by INGA in her signature exotic floorwork style.

This series is for anyone who has taken beginning level floorwork and feels ready to learn more, or has prior exotic floorwork experience and wants to level up their skills! This class will move faster than Floorwork 101, and will involve more challenging tricks and choreography.

Class requirements:

• BYO yoga mat
• Knee pads and socks
• Leggings highly recommended
