As we head towards one of the busiest times of the year, it can feel as though everyone wants a piece of us. There’s the business to run, clients to look after, family commitments, social plans, Christmas preparations and that never-ending mental list of things we somehow need to remember!
And somewhere amongst all of that… there’s you.
In this interactive session, Mindset Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist Lisa Cressy will explore why so many of us find it difficult to say no, set boundaries or prioritise ourselves without feeling guilty and why protecting our time and energy isn't selfish, but essential.
You’ll discover simple mindset tools to help you pause before automatically saying yes, become more confident about communicating what you need, quieten some of the guilt and self-criticism that can follow, and make more conscious choices about where your energy goes.
There’ll be plenty of interaction, practical techniques to try in the room and tools you can take straight back into your business and everyday life.
And with the busiest months of the year approaching, we’ll finish by looking ahead to the version of you who reaches Christmas feeling energised, present and proud of how she navigated it rather than wondering how on earth she survived it!

Tickets for our meetings are very affordable at only £15 per person. Members save £5 and pay only £10 for their tickets.
Socially Shared membership is optional, and you can choose to join if you feel that it is the right thing for you and your business. Although, many people do choose to become a member, as it's affordable with lots of benefits and cost savings.
Membership is for you as an individual and you do not belong to any one network area. This provides freedom, enabling you to attend as many meetings and events as you wish, without limitation.
We do not have a one seat policy, because we believe there is more than enough business to go around and there’s so much to learn from each other! Collaboration is something we champion too and this can be stifled by restricting representatives from any one sector.
Annual membership starts from only £149 and your membership can start at any point throughout the year. As a member you will have access to any network meeting and events that we host, at a discounted price.
