About me
Kat spent 20+ years in HR within the creative industries before moving into career coaching in 2017. She works with creative professionals and their leaders, many of whom have ADHD or similar traits. Her Straight Lines and Scribbles™ approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how we all think and work differently, using a strengths-based approach to build confidence and unlock performance.
