Bring the whole family to StoryWalk at Legacy Park, a fun and welcoming evening where families can enjoy local food, spend time together outdoors, and experience a story in a whole new way!
Thanks to the generous support of the Bojangles Foundation, this community experience is possible and free for families to enjoy.
What to Expect
🍴 Local Food Trucks & Vendors
Grab dinner, snacks, and treats from local food trucks and food vendors.
🧺 Family Picnic Time
Bring a blanket, gather your family, and enjoy a relaxing picnic in the park.
📚 StoryWalk
Take a walk through Legacy Park and engage with a children’s story along the way. Read, explore, and enjoy the story together as a family.
🎵Live Music
Enjoy live music from Frank Hamilton School!
Visit Again & Again!
The same story will remain throughout the month of September, giving families the opportunity to visit more than once and experience the StoryWalk at their own pace. Come one Tuesday or make it a weekly family tradition!
Join us every Tuesday in September from 5:00–8:00 PM at Legacy Park on the South Lawn with the food vendors and picnic blankets.
