In honor of Global Diversity Awareness Month, we are touring the world through dumplings (apple dumplings in the United States, samosas in India, bourekas in Israel, and several other countries and regions)! The names, shapes, and ingredients are different; but every dumpling shares the connection to cultural traditions and the importance of sharing food with family.
