Bookdom Apothecary | Free RSVP | All Ages Welcome
Join Bookdom Apothecary for a special story time featuring award-winning children's author T.E. Watson, reading his inspiring book Henry, the Little Kite aloud!
Bring the family for an afternoon of storytelling, imagination, and encouragement as we discover Henry's journey to finding his own strengths.
About the Book
Henry wants to enter a kite contest, but his family doesn't agree on whether he's big enough to participate. While his parents encourage him to do his best and find the event that's right for him, his older brother and sister tease him and insist he's too small.
Feeling discouraged, Henry sets out to discover what he can do and where he belongs. Will he enter the contest, or give up on his dream?
Open the pages of Henry, the Little Kite to find out!
This uplifting story encourages young readers to believe in themselves, recognize their abilities, and keep pursuing their dreams—even when others doubt them.
