On September 29th, Wine & Roses welcomes Austin Corley of Story Cellar Sessions for an evening built around the tales behind the glass — where each pour comes with its history, its geography, its reason for being remembered.Austin's approach was shaped by years curating an award-winning, 280-plus-label list at Biltmore Estate, and he treats a tasting less like a lineup and more like a conversation — part history lesson, part shared discovery. Joining him for the evening is Ayla Claypool, stepping into the room as Zelda herself, lending the parlour a voice from the era the wines recall.
