2027 Annual Leaders Retreat
About this Event

Sometimes you’re the only one who knows the answer, and telling someone what to do makes sense.
But being the expert comes at a cost. You may solve the immediate problem, but miss an opportunity to help others grow. A thought-provoking question is often more valuable than an answer.
Through compelling examples and live coaching demonstrations, this retreat will help you ask powerful questions that encourage others to think more clearly, take ownership of their decisions, and develop relational wisdom.
And you'll become more skillful at discerning when to tell and when to coach.
