About this Event
A hands-on session where we go through what you're actually paying for, spot the subscriptions doing nothing, and work out what your business really needs.
A live audit for anyone whose tool stack grew by accident rather than by design. There's no "here are the best apps for your business" lecture.
Jade Gillham, PPC consultant and founder of NEFN, runs the same audit on your subscriptions that she runs on client ad accounts every week: what's earning its place, what's dead weight, and what's actually missing.
What we will be covering;
- Your subscriptions, audited: bring your actual tool list and what it costs - sorted live into essential, overlapping, zombie (still paying, haven't opened it in months), or missing entirely
- Your recoverable spend: a real number by the end of the session - not a guess, an actual figure you can act on today
- The tasks eating your week: mapped by how often they happen and how much you dread them, so you can tell a genuine tool gap from a "time to hire someone" problem
- The handoffs worth automating: invoicing → tracking, enquiry → contract, comms → file handoff — the three connections that eat the most invisible admin time
- Activity: everyone audits their own stack live, sorts it into the four buckets, and leaves with a completed audit
- Walk out with: your recoverable spend figure, a completed four-bucket audit, and a one-page plan - what's cancelled, what's kept, what's worth automating
Built from the same audit method used on client ad accounts and from the subscription sprawl seen across the NEFN freelancer community.
By the end, attendees will:
- know exactly what they're paying for, and what to cancel this week
- have a real recoverable spend figure, not a guess
- know whether their biggest time-drains need a tool or a person
- leave with a one-page plan built from their own numbers, not someone else's recommendations
