About this Event
This in person interactive workshop helps entrepreneurs identify repetitive tasks that are costing them time and shows how automation can create a more efficient customer experience. Participants will walk through a simple business workflow, identify where manual work can be eliminated, and learn how to design a basic automation for a common business process such as lead follow-up, appointment communication, or customer onboarding. Rather than focusing on complicated technology, the workshop teaches entrepreneurs how to think strategically about automation: what should be automated, what should remain human, and how individual tasks connect to the larger customer journey. Participants will also receive a practical worksheet to map additional automation opportunities in their own businesses.
