This three-part business education series is designed for women who have real businesses to work on.

Each class combines instruction, facilitated discussion, and hands-on exercises using your own business information.

You'll learn what to look for, how to interpret what you find, and how to use that information to make better business decisions.

And you'll do the work during class.

Bring your laptop. Bring your sales information, expenses, pricing, and questions. We'll work through the lessons together, giving you time to examine your own business and apply what you're learning.

Get More Customers Without Doing More Marketing

Before you spend another dollar or another hour on marketing, do you know where your paying customers actually come from?

We'll examine customer acquisition, sales activity, follow-up, and repeat business.

You'll learn how to identify what's producing sales, where opportunities may be getting missed, and what information you need before deciding whether more marketing is the answer.

Your Business Makes Money. Do You?

Revenue is coming in. But what happens to it?

We'll examine pricing, costs, profitability, and owner pay.

You'll learn how to look beyond sales figures, better understand what it costs to deliver your products or services, and evaluate whether your business is supporting the income you want.

What Does Your Business Actually Need Next?

You've examined your customers, sales, pricing, expenses, and owner pay. Now what?

We'll bring those findings together, identify what deserves your attention, and work through how to make informed decisions about your next steps.

You'll begin developing priorities based on what you've learned about your own business.

These classes are for women who have been operating their businesses for at least a few years and already have customers and sales.

You might be doing reasonably well on paper but wondering why the business still demands so much of your time. You might be making money without consistently paying yourself what you expected. Or you might simply be ready to understand your business more thoroughly before making another big decision.

You don't need to be an expert in business analysis or financial reports. That's part of what we're here to learn.

You do need to be willing to look at your business information, ask questions, and participate in the work.

How many times have you attended a business seminar, taken pages of notes, and returned to work with a long list of things you intended to do?

Then the phone rang. A customer needed something. Another deadline appeared.

These classes give you dedicated time to learn and apply the lessons before you leave.

With enrollment limited to six women, there's room for questions, discussion, and hands-on work.

Toby brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, business operations, sales, and strategy, along with experience facilitating entrepreneurship and business education programs.

Her approach is practical and conversational. She believes business owners should understand how their businesses work, question their assumptions, and have the information they need to make sound decisions.

Through SHE-EO Business Academy, she teaches women how to examine their businesses and take a more intentional role in leading them.
