The evening begins with a sparkling wine welcome toast, followed by Wild Mushroom Arancini, Spinach Salad, Braised Short Rib, and Salted Caramel Bread Pudding. Each course is paired with a featured wine, including Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, The Walking Fool Red Blend, Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, and Nurseryman Cabernet Sauvignon.
Available at participating Stoney River locations. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
