Stillness for MenSuggested Donation: $15
Stillness for Men is a welcoming, judgment-free space created for men to step away from the noise and take an intentional moment for themselves.
This experience begins with an intuitive guided meditation, followed by a crystal sound bath using crystal singing bowls to encourage relaxation, stillness, and a deeper connection within.
No meditation experience is needed, and sharing is completely optional. You are welcome to simply come, receive, and leave—or stay afterward for conversation, connection, and the opportunity to hear something that may feel relatable or supportive.
What to Expect
• Intuitive guided meditation
• Crystal singing bowl sound bath
• Quiet time for reflection and relaxation
• A safe, welcoming environment
• Optional conversation and connection afterward
• No pressure to speak, share, or participate beyond what feels comfortable
Come as you are. There is nothing you need to accomplish or figure out during this time, just an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
