ARRIVE 6:15 – 6:30 PM: come in, choose your spot and settle.
6:30 PM: opening welcome and introductions.
6 Large planetary gongs, deep vibrations and resonance felt in an intimate room — thick mats, sheepskins, blankets, bolsters and tea all provided.
The gongs carry you into the deep; your only task is to arrive and let your nervous system find its own way home. A sound journey like no other — a space to be held, for those who hold a lot.
If this session books out, join the waitlist — if there's enough interest I'll open a second sitting the same evening, 8:15–10:00pm. It's a Friday, so a later finish is on the table.
