Please join us Sunday November 15 Noon to 2:00 pm at Brethren Wellness and Community Center's (2130 Center Street Ashland Ohio) amazing, heated pool to float on full size floats or unwind poolside on your Yoga mat, while you are charmed and relaxed by the sounds of melodic singing bowls provided by Deborah McDaniel. Charcuterie cup and a glass of wine (or soft drink) are included in the price and available at noon, music begins at 1:00. Cost is $45.00 a person and please register by calling 419-289-1585. Space is limited. BTW....I just wear my surf pants and shirt. you don't have to wear a bathing suit!!!!!Deborah is recognized for her expertise in Singing Bowl Meditations. She has performed at many venues including Kingwood Center, Ohio Health Fitness Center, Cancer Associations, Music Karate Academy (MAKE) and numerous studios both in Ohio and in Canada. She will be providing Sound Therapy at Ohio Health Hospital. Deborah is a trained musician and studied at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. She is also a trained Sound Therapist. She is often praised for creating a peaceful and meditative experience. If you listen carefully you will hear the journey through a forest and gentle rain storm the music brings to mind! Many participants report experience a deep sense of relaxation and emotional release through her sound healing practices.
