A monthly evening of guided meditation and immersive sound designed for The Still Room and shaped by the rhythm of the season.
April’s session centres on early spring, renewal, emergence, and gentle forward movement. A quiet space to pause, release, and reconnect as the season shifts.
You will be led through breath work, a guided meditation and an immersive sound bath using a range of instruments to support rest and reflection.
About the facilitator
The session is led by an experienced facilitator working with sound, meditation, and intuitive practice, holding a calm and supportive space for each participant to rest and reconnect.

There is space given at the end to rest, with time to gather together for reflection and a warm drink before leaving.
