About this Event
20 years later… and we’re STILL RUNNIN’.
Join toniwo for the 20th Anniversary celebration of That’s What You Get for Running With Scissors.
This isn't your typical book release. Still Runnin’ is an intimate, grown-folks literary experience combining storytelling, comedy, live performances, and film as we celebrate the newly expanded 20th Anniversary Edition.
THE EXPERIENCE
Drunken Reads
Houston's own Rich Williams and Blame the Comic take on two of the book's wildest stories—with drinks, commentary, and absolutely no promise they'll stick to the script.
On the Big Screen
Cinematic trailers bring selected stories from That's What You Get for Running With Scissors to life.
Live Performance
A special performance by Author and bad chick, toniwo.
And, of course, plenty of laughter, foolishness, and reminders of what happens when you see the red flags and keep running anyway.
