Still Life – Still Love is an exhibition about what holds us together, what connects us.
My drawings are not supposed to be grand statements or declarations. Rather I wish to offer more quiet moments, those which occur between you and the drawings, in between the soft questions and shared pauses.
They come from everyday moments:
the ones that hurt a little,
the ones that surprise us with warmth,
the ones that sit quietly in our chests for days,
waiting to be felt.
I do not have many answers. I offer stories.
Stories about love, fear, intimacy, hope, and other shared pains, those which connect us.
This exhibition is about that.
What we carry. What we hide. What we try to say. What we miss or what we never had.
If you come, I hope you feel a part of yourself here.
A sentence that hits.
A feeling you hadn’t named.
A reminder that someone else has felt it too.
That’s all this is.
Still life. Still love.
Something small but honest.
